End User License Agreement
Effective Date: 14/02/2026
This End User License Agreement is between the user and DigiVerifii.
1. License
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for internal business record-keeping.
2. Restrictions
- Do not modify, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
- Do not use the app unlawfully or fraudulently.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or distribute it without permission.
3. Ownership
The application, trademarks, logos, content, and intellectual property remain DigiVerifii property.
4. User Data
Users are responsible for accurate, lawful collection of business and customer information. DigiVerifii does not authenticate government IDs.
5. Payments
Coins and credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
6. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations or unlawful activity.
7. Warranties
The application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
8. Liability
DigiVerifii is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use or inability to use the application.
9. Governing Law
Indian law applies.
10. Changes
Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
