By downloading, accessing, or using DigiVerifii, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service

DigiVerifii is a digital record-keeping and store-management application for mobile phone retailers.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18.
• You must use the service lawfully.
• You must have authority to manage the records you enter.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for accurate, lawful data and consent before storing customer identity details.

4. Government IDs

DigiVerifii is not a government authority and does not issue, authenticate, or approve government identity documents.

5. Payments and Coins

• Purchased coins and credits are non-refundable.
• Coins cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash.
• Pricing may change.

6. Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for violations, unlawful activity, fraudulent disputes, or chargebacks.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” DigiVerifii is not liable for business loss caused by incorrect data, technical failures, or access resulting from user negligence.

8. Privacy

Use is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

Indian law applies, and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
