Refund Policy

This policy governs payments, coin top-ups, and refunds.

1. Coins

All coin, credit, and digital purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged. Unused coins and accidental purchases are not eligible for refund.

2. Subscriptions

If subscriptions are introduced, their purchase terms will apply. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable after service begins.

3. Payment Errors

Report suspected technical overcharges with payment proof within seven days. Cases are reviewed individually.

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks without first contacting support may lead to suspension or termination.

5. Changes

Updates will be posted on the website.
